That’s bizarre, 10 straight odd-numbered boxes brought to the table. That’s as likely as it having been 10 blues or 10 reds, assuming it’s random!

We went 7 shows without a five-figure win, bet that never happened on the £250k board.

Happened several times actually, the most notable being the super unlucky run after the summer break in 2008 that ended with a 3rd offer deal that got the 3 wakeyateers banned.

Only five so far have beaten the Banker in any sense (i.e. dealt for more than their box was worth, given nobody has gone to the end and won a red amount).

The average win per show of the new series is £6,056 if my calculations are correct. That is significantly lower than the c £15 K of the 2005-2016 era.

It isn't just the loss of the 250K that is a factor but the loss of £35K with only 3 amounts remaining from the old Power 5.

I'd never actually realised all three of those great names of this place were banned on the same day. What's more surprising is that our own Aaron Brock was given a temporary ban too! Those were the days.
