Oh yeah, I remember now.

And £30,000 offer here?

Oooh he's from Frinton! :P

£1,000 going is fine! I smell a £26,000 offer here...

With four five-figure backups for the top prize this has to be big. £26,000 would be an instant No Deal for me on this board...

The banker has conceded that the game has edged further into Jason's favour. Noel asks if anyone in the dream factory doesn't know what this offer will be! Jason says he thinks it might be £26,000.

Banker's offer:

£28,500

Haha! Really talking up a £26,000 offer but it's actually higher!

But on that board, a good gamble really looks acceptable...I'd love to play on at this stage...

Interesting strategy; on a board worth at least £30,000, using the £26,000 recurring motif to make a £28,500 offer look better than it is.

I'd No Deal. I think he's going to as well.

Average is just above £50,000, so it's not a bad offer really, but I think I'd play on here.

Jason says that's a cheeky offer. He says there are 4 numbers he's keeping to the end and if there are 2 Power 5 amounts, he'd no deal. But he says £28,500 is a very nice sum of money and his mum would be going mad watching this! Tony asks him how he'd feel if he had £250k on the table and Jason says he'd feel "gutted".

Noel says this is interesting as Jason's been giving sturdy comments on the wings, and Jason says if he has the £250k in the last pair he'd go for it.

Jason says NO DEAL

What we're seeing here is someone who's made lots of cheap Wakeyist talk being confronted with a bit of reality. That said, No Dealing to this point is good play.

Jason is keeping 3, 8, 16 and 18. He says this is the pivotal round.

20 - Will - £10,000

4 - Natalie - £250,000 :(

22 - Dave - £20,000

Banker time

Even after that round, the game is far from dead!

This should be an interesting offer...

There's now a 60% chance this is going down as one of the biggest crashes to a blue in DoND history.

Whaddya mean, he might Deal? He's chasing the money now and he's not going to settle for less than he's turned down, I can feel it.

Noel says he can't recall the banker being this generous in such a situation...

Banker's offer:

£20,000

Average has pretty much halved from 8-box, so £25,000 is the average - £20,000 is an instant deal for me.

Wow!

He really deserves that offer after the bravery he's shown!

I'm gone at £20,000!

Don't make the same mistake as John G!

Enter, from the depths of history, John G being offered £25,000 on this board (with £1,000 instead of a blue, mind).

He turned it down and instigated one of my favourite crashes to a blue in DoND history to this day.

The Banker clearly reckons he's going to blindly chase the money. He'd be mad to do so with this offer.
