Noel starts the show by increasing the number of 1p winners on the stats board. He says he didn't expect to be doing that now due to box 23.

Billy has box 14.

Billy has a CD of his singing and he gives it to Noel. He also has a shirt for Noel! The banker rings and says that shirt will be a new low in Noel's collection. Billy is from Belfast and drives a bus for handicapped children.
