Mark immediately writes a target in the book while Noel ushers away the cameramen to allow Mark some privacy

Yes, having a target is usually not a good thing, unless you view it as a flexible figure and play the board like I would (my "target" is £50,000 but that certainly doesn't mean I'd blindly chase it!).
