OK, so, after what I posted the other week, I've been going back and forth on my idea of re-commentating on classic games from a fresh perspective, and I've decided to give it a go! :smt023

So, starting this Wednesday, if I remember, I shall be starting doing these, mostly on Wednesday evenings, with a few on Sunday evenings if I decide Sportscene isn't worth watching. I shall be using both recordings from my archive and YouTube uploads, so, if anyone has any requests/suggestions for classic episodes that deserve another look, post a YouTube link below (full episode if possible).

So, see you guys on Wednesday evening with my first classic re-commentary! :smt023

That's what I thought - back to work! (provided your health will permit it, of course).
Looking forward to reading the first piece, whenever that may be; I think it'll be very interesting indeed to see how much our perspectives have changed over time. :smt023

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

OK, no Sportscene tomorrow evening, so I can do another commentary then! :smt023
