The quality of the game, in this case, was perfectly matched by that of the commentary.

:suspect:

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Nah. Someone else needs to fill the curmudgeon’s role. Maybe ask ChatGPT to do it. We didn’t have that luxury in the good old days.

Nice guy, it happens. At least £100 is more than he came with! Thats a positive.

If you want to win big, you have to take big risks, pros and cons to every situation. For a lot of people, they won't have a chance to win £100,000 again, so they'll try and win big, don't think there's anything wrong with that.

Nice guy. Chin up Raj. Money isn't everything, happiness and health comes first.

I meant the quality of the game, as in the way it went for Raj, not the quality of the show! :P :smt023

Oh dear. I suppose a blue win was inevitable at some point, just a shame it happened as early as show #3. Strange coincidence that the first person to win a blue on both the original version and this one was named Raj!

Notably this was the first time that an 8-box offer was worth considering. I still wouldn't have taken it, but it wasn't an instant no deal worthy offer like the two previous games.

And while it was on very low stakes, it's cool to see that the massive late game generosity applies to live play too - £330 was a near mean bailout offer for someone keen to leave with something and £60 was actually £5 above the mean.

Raj was very unlucky to do what he did, especially to take out all three reds in order in the final round. Hopefully tomorrow's game is a lot better.

My first ever show as a pilgrim was a £26k win. Not so good for my first ITV era show watched live. Only 1 decision to make today and it was an understandable risk that didn't pay off.

Oh and by the way, people who have feelings about streaks of boxes after 3 days can get in the bin.

Had a feeling we were due one that didn’t go well, and was reminded of the original Raj who I think won 10p. At least he got 1,000 times that!

Typical of the many likely games where five figures is never on the table and all but the most cautious will play on to the bitter end. How many times in a row did he take the highest amount left?

Surprising how many of these contestants are coming out with the "I have a feeling about my box" stuff. It's like a parody of the old version in that regard.

Personally hate that feeling in your box. Every amount has an equal chance of being anywhere. Feelings don't mean anything, really winds me up, that contestants go you have a blue yesterday, so you must have a red today, that annoys me, as you have the same chance of getting a blue as a red FGS! This superstition nonsense puts me off.
