It’s Penny’s turn in the crazy chair today, and she has box 19. Penny tells Noel a little of where she has and now lives, apparently she moves around a lot. Noel points out that whenever Penny has been asked for advice she has never said deal, so he says it will be interesting to see how she plays her game today.
