Only caught the game from 8-box onwards just as Jimmy dealt. And it was good that he did; any offer in five figures was worth considering. The rest of the game does sound a bit over-gimmicky. Won't complain about the box 23 decision - it was arguable either way really, and in a normal week where there'd be 3 positive outcomes instead of 2, Jimmy may have been more inclined to go for it.

Quite a dangerous board with the 10k and 15k offering only very slight security against the 250k. A volatile board by all means but the average offer would have justified declining it too. Chances of hitting the 250k before 5 box were 37.5%. Might have been enough for me to carry on till 5 box but reasonable either way.

As for the gimmicks, I've had rants about this years and years ago when they first started mucking about with the format and introducing props and 'sentiments'. I think a particular month in early 2007 were at its worst.
