Sandra says that's a generous offer considering the board. She says her luck tells her that £50 is in her box. Sadie encourages a deal in case the £50 is in her box. She says Rickie often has large amounts in his boxes.

Sandra says

    DEAL

6 out of 7 AMOs at 2 box so far this series.

Thankfully at least this one was for a meaningful amount. :-)

I feel as if the ITV Banker just isn't trying to beat the player. 15% above the mean is so over-inflated.
If this was the C4 Banker he'd probably offer between £750 - £1,000 depending on how generous he felt.

She was very unlucky to take out the top two in that 5th round but I'm glad she turned it around enough to get something of value at the end.

However, I have to agree with BankerSpanker that the constant AMOs at 2-box are getting a bit ridiculous. It completely ruins the pretence that the banker is trying to get the contestant to win as little money as possible. Somewhere between 1k and 1.5k would have been enough for a contestant to think about, but over £200 above the mean is just such an obvious deal there's no tension.

Wow, what an escape that was! Certainly couldn't fault her taking her chances there, the two big ones going in the next three boxes was so unlucky. I'd likely have been dealing £5,100 these days, as I'm sure our commentator might have done too!
Speaking of which, great to see you back again greeny :D

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.
