Mark's Deal or No Deal Game Report

498 now says Noel, nearer to the big 500. He talks about the fear in the dream factory since Steve's game on Sunday, and he tells the contestants to forget about the past, even though the banker will remind them of it to try and get them to deal early. Noel has a problem, and he pulls up his trousers and shows us his blue and red socks, he says they don’t match the game-board!!

It’s Mark’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 1. Mark is a Royal Mail manager from Sheffield. We get to see some of Mark's pics of his wife, 2 daughters, and his father. Noel throws a couple of his pics across the studio, after Mark says that his daughters wouldn't know who he is!! Mark tells an emotional story of how his father died a few years ago while abroad, and he would like to go back to the country to where he passed away.

Round 1
Joanne first and Noel asks her not to reveal the £50,000!!
4 - £5,000
8 - £100
17 - £3,000
16 - £50,000 OHHHH goes Noel
13 - £100,000 Newbie Debbie

We're seen worse says Mark... The Banker says that Mark has made his eyes water, as he had a similar experience to Mark’s deep heat episode while playing rugby!! He then offers £2,000… There are groans for that offer, but Noel points to the board and says that explains the offer... Mark says NO DEAL

Round 2
18 - £1
Brian next, and Noel says he has a face of a watermelon that has been dropped from a tall building!! Mark changes his mind and goes to Vicky…
7 - £500
Alan next, and Noel says over to Gordon Brown, and Alan replies I am at number 10 today, as he has box 10!! How freaky that the Gordon Brown gets to move into Number 10 today as Prime Minister!!

10 - £20,000 That is what we didn't want says Noel

Mark says he likes the look of the board at the moment. The banker talks to Noel and then hangs up after a debate about if Mark is a postman or not! When the banker calls back he says The postman always rings twice! Noel then does an impression of the banker thinking!! The Banker offers £9,000… Asim tells Mark that there is at least another round in the game, and Alan says he doesn't see any immediate disaster in the board... Mark says NO DEAL

Round 3
Brian next, and he says his box is very hot!!
20 - £75,000 He is right!!
9 - 50p
We don't want a sting in the tail now says Noel
12 - £1,000 Yes says Noel

Mark says he has a feeling that he has the big one in his box... Noel tells us on Friday we will get to see how the contestants randomly choose the boxes... The banker says it's interesting that Mark chose that moment to talk about having the £250,000 in his box, and wonders if he is looking for a deal... He offers £12,500… Noel says that is a clever offer, as he was expecting £10,000 there... Mark talks about the feelings after Steve's game on Sunday, and is reminded to think about his game now, as Steve's game is history… Mark says DEAL

The banker calls back, and says "Told you so" - He goes on to says that it's very rare for a player to DEAL at the third offer and have a victory, he also says that Mark can go into the hall of fame now as the worst decision ever...

Round 4 - Proveout time
Noel talks about the fear factor going through the contestants at the moment
22 - £250 Groans
3 - £750 More groans
15 - £5 More groans

It would have been a perfect all blue round, and Noel tells Mark he has made a mistake here, and a lot of people in the studio thought he had at the time he dealt as well. The banker tells the contestants to follow Mark's lead and play their games the same way he has!! He would have offered £21,000

Round 5 - Proveout round
19 - £10,000 It's alright says Mark, but Noel says that might have well been a blue!!
5 - £35,000 That helps says Noel
21 - £15,000

Noel asks Mark if he was right earlier, and has he got the £250,000 sat in front of him!! The Banker would have offered £12,500…

Round 6 - Proveout round
2 - 1p OHHH NOO says Noel
Noel wonders if Mark will have his second all blue round
11 - £10 Groans and a NO from Noel... This is turning into agony says Noel
6 - £250,000 BIG CHEERS and relief for Mark

It’s time for The Banker with 10p and £50 remaining, and he would have offered £12.50… Mark says that would have been a difficult decision, but he would have played on!

Noel opens Mark’s box 1 and reveals £50
Box 14 contains the 10p
