I know AVIE, it's a shame but that's ITV for you. It was camp and tongue in cheek and great TV.

As long as enough people watch a certain programme / documentry, it will stay on for as long as possible until ratings do fall. AFAIK, the series has lasted for quite a while, but i think the programme has finally lost its streak of high viewing figures.

I never was a fan of it, but that's what TV is like now. With digital and sky around terrestrial is a dead duck. I remember when 8 million viewers was bad, now 4m is good!
