Weeeeeeell THE greatest reality show of all time begins this thursday, 18th may...and with just two days to go i thought it time to start a discussion thread to last the series!

here's what we know about the series:

- there are 18 beds!
- rumour: there are 16 contestants to enter on thursday
- there is an 'opposites' theme. Outside furniture inside, wallpaper and inside furniture outside!
- a new contestant to enter 2nd june in a willy wonka, golden-ticket style thing.
- the series will last 13 weeks, 92 days, ending Friday 18th August
- rumour!: There will be an eviction on DAY 2 - 19th May

Rumoured Housemates!

Kevin Murray
25 year old, gay, glaswegian model.

Terry Lee
27, DJ, Essex

Peter Stephenson
A men with Tourette's that likes to show off his package with tight leather trousers, hump himself, and swear a lot. << OH MY.

Imogen
Miss Wales 2003, Posh Spice lookalike, FHM girl

Nicky
Footballer dating glamour model, Watford

Lisa
Oddball hyperactive

Lee
Topless glamour model in her 30s, Nottingham

Sezer
Mediterranean, Slick Stockbroker

Mikie
Cheeky Scouser, male model

George
Calming, Photographer

Richard
Canadian, Muscle Builder, Gay, Shaven Head

Pete
Singer in a band

Bonnie
Teenager, Loughborough, no-nonsense approach

Grace
Good-looking dancer and brainbox from a rich family

Shahbaz
Camp indian glaswegian, similar to CHICO!! <<NOOOOO

--

Of course, these housemates are totally RUMOURED, and are possibly true or possibly not true. in the past there have been leaks that have been fraudulent, but also in some occasions, newspapers have been spot on. For example in BB5, the papers not only identified there being about 4 gay/bissexuals, a transsexual, an asylum seeker, but identified exactly blond south african vanessa nimmo.

Some of the contestants sound very similar, so bound not to be 100% true.

2 DAYS TO GO!!

Another bunch of self obsessed, shallow, talentless people.

Series 3 was the best.

Yeah, they sort of went awry from series 5, and this series' contestants (assuming they're right) sound odd too.

Unfortunately, the last few seasons have featured the same caricatures. A flamboyant gay contestant, a model who spends most of the time with her tits out and a black guy "from da streetz".....this list seems to be continuing the trend of vapid, talentless wannabes who plan to irritate the hell out of people for the enxt 2 months.

I really love Big Brother and all reality TV.

If you buy this week's Heat (I read a "friend's" copy) there are pictures of the house - there is an outdoor chandelier and urinals in the bathroom!

I hope we actually have housemates that get on this year. Although it's nice to see them row, it's cool when they get on and have "funny" moments.

you sound like a haaaaater
are you a haaaaaaater?

we can't have that!!

anywho, the last two series have been by far the most exciting, despite the likeness to a zoo that the house has. cmon it's better than series 4...they couldn't even find 30 mins interesting stuff, but nowadays they're stretched to fit it all in an hour!

ONE DAY!!

i know! friday nights are best... you can stay up all night watching the live feed and picking out who's taken a scunner to each other already. :D

last time i looked at a tv schedule it said 7:30pm on e4... but a) it may have been a repeat and b) it may have been big brother big brain, dermot's new show...

I am a massive BB fan, and looking forward to having it back on the screens. I think my fave housemates ever have to be....... Caggie and Nicola from the first ever, then Darren from that one two,,,,, then Cameron ( so sweet) and I adored Eugene lololol. My worst housmate ever has to be Makosi  Man I hated her.

My faves of all time are Craig (BB1), Jade (BB3) and Euguene (BB?? the last one, lol). I loved Eugene as he reminds me of my autistic sone, I mean he was exactly like him, I always thought he might be autistic or have aspergers syndrome.

Ooooooooh it starts tonight, im off to buy my ringtone

Did anyone see Makosi and Lisa (from 2003) on the Lorraine Kelly show this morning? Makosi looked like a drag queen and all she did was moan about how much it's ruined her life and then start crying. Lisa, on the other hand, claims it's ruined her life yet used the whole interview trying to plug her book and basically saying "i'm every woman" - that's a lie, Lisa. We're not all stupid enough to go on Big Brother and then start crying every time we're in the paper or get recognised on the street.

They both annoyed me so much I wanted to hit them.

Oh yeah and (don't worry, I'll be done soon) Lisa says "it's been really easy for me to get my self-esteem back, i'm a really happy person" - oh, that's great Lisa! How did you do it?

30 GRAND PLASTIC SURGERY

wow, what a naturally happy and contented person you indeed are.

now i'm finished.

I was watching that in the gym before and then I did three hours study - why does nobody trust me?

*cries*

(I'm having lunch now in case anyone wants to have a go at me for not studying)

I know but me mammy's coming to pick me up in a minute and I'm kind of not doing anything until she does

Of course you can eat while you're studying - I ate a muffin whilst on a treadmill once. That, my friends, is the way we all should exercise.

Yesterday I managed to revise in Starbucks for 3 hours and all I spent was a fiver - result!

*does a dance* I'm in such a good mood for no reason....
