I think i saw an old thread somewhere else about this but i can't seem to find it. Anyway here is a few firsts/changes to have happened on DoND that i can remember, please add any extra that you know:

The box values became coloured on 27/2/06 which was show 101.
The box values were given a shadow effect as of 19/6/06 which was show 205.
Noel's pre-titles intro was virtually the same in Seasons 1 & 2 before changing in Season 3 to:
22 Identical Sealed Boxes in one of which is a Quarter of A Million Pounds, and just one question: Welcome to Deal or No Deal. (Does anyone know when this was slightly altered to what it is now: 22 boxes, AQoAMP, just one question..?)
And most recently the colours of the box values and the gameboard were altered as were the Bankers Offer graphic.

Those are just some pointless stats, no doubt folk have lots more, feel free to add.

The current box seal style used since mid-January 2006 (anyone know what game? It was definitely like that in Mumtaz's game)

They were magnetically sealed up at one point, I remember that much...
