Stangest thing just happened to me,after my kids nominated me for the xmas game,not heard a thing.But just got a application form to fill out and had to attatch a photo.????

I think after they get your application form they will call you if you are successful.

Thankyou.Wonder what they are looking for in a contestant.Do you have to stay in Bristol and pay for the hotel yourself?

Well I think they look for a wide range of people. But the best thing to do is be yourself and not try and act like someone different (well that's my opinion anwyay).

You do have to stay in Bristol in a hotel but Endemol (the producers) pay for that. You have to pay for any drinks you have in the bar and i'm sure they provide free food but i'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for that.I dont suppose I'll hear anymore from them.I got the form,filled it out and got a reply saying it was recieved.Don't know whether *I recieved it because my kids nominated me or what. lol.

Ok Poohbear but its completly different from Christmas Appeal this is the standard application form you got before that process... So in essence you have gone round in a circle so being nominated you were unsuccessful and now you have nominated to go the show yourself before and they have given an application weird i know

Thanks so much.It would be lovely to get on the show.I wouldnt care if I only won enough to get my kids thru univercity (years to go yet,but it would be nice to have the money there for them),also to beable to go to Norway for a holiday.Oh I wish!!!! lol

Welcome pooh, hope you are successful. My show was llth September, Brenda from East Wing, girls v guys shows. Won trip to New York, going in April. It was the most amazing experience, everything is paid for, including trave and you make the most amazing friends. We even had a reunion in Bristol 2 weeks ago
