Use the instructions at the top -

Play the required video, and then pause it at the point you wish to take a shot. Press Prt Src (top right on the keyboard) and then go into Paint and go to Edit, Paste. You can then crop the image down so you get just the image from the video. Alternatively you could use Word to crop the image or other imaging software.

Indeed. And jiveclive, here's a tip: 'Screen-Grabbing' on Ilovedond works the same way as screen grabbing everywhere else.

You can't always screen grap though using media player. I had to change a few things in advanced set up of media player for it to let me have the still photo which I print screened
