You are at 5 box with the following:

10p £1 £50 £10,000 £100,000

The banker gives you an offer of £10,000 and one egg. If you open the one good egg in three you treble the amount won to £30,000 If you choose to no deal you have to open three boxes but if the £100,000 is still in play at the end of the round you have a guaranteed offer of £45,000 regardless of what other amount is in play.
What would you do?

Absolutely no deal (although the chance at the AMO would be tempting)

Would it really ever happen though with the result being an AMO?

The last part sounds fantastic and it ould surely encourage a few people to play on. But I think I'd say No Deal because the chances of winning good aren't in your favour and £10,000 could still be won should the worst happen.

I think I'd deal there.

Tough one. I think that I would most probably no deal and go on.

I'd deal purely because I wouldn't want to face a massive offer on a BLUE/£100,000 finish, because I would want to go for the £100,000.

Infact, it's a 1/3 chance of the £45,000 anyway, so it really is a deal for me on this one.

I wish they'd do something like that instead of a 1 in 3 chance of what should be the right offer for the board! :)

Probably deal for me.

That's too good an offer for that board, expected value of the 'Deal' lottery is £16,666.67 and the mean's barely £22,000. Even with the guarantee of a no-brainer final offer on £100k/blue, and the lure of the £100k, I'm outta there, Deal.
