All the contestants that were on in Dec and Jan went to Blackpool we all stayed in the same hotel in the north on the sea front we went to Yates,s wine lodge then we went to see Orry who was topping the bill at funny girls.We went to Kenny,s night club who had also been on the dond show with us. The next day we went for meals and a couple of drinks.I fell down a step in Funny girls and ended going to the hospital with all of the ligaments torn in my left foot and ended up with crutches,i would,nt have minded but hand on my heart i don,t drink but boy we had a fab time.There are about 50 of us going to Brighton in about 6 weeks time so we are in for a good time but believe me they are the best crowd of people i have ever met and we are all very close and keep in touch on a regular basis.

I think there must have been two reunions in Blackpool. I will give you all the gossip on mine that was last weekend soon. Im figuring out how to put the pics on xxx

Hi Sarah yeh I was meaning yours spill all . Pat thanks for telling about yours I didn't know you had met up too. Sounds like you had a brilliant time except for your foot. I can picture Orry sat next to you in full costume in the casualty department

I think he was doing something else at the time it was 8 in a morning when i was in casualty i had just got out of bed after a very painful night. Have you ever been to Funnygirls?it,s fab,well worth a visit, if you phone them they will tell you when Orry is appearing there.

My hotel is three doors up from Funny Girls I love it there been lots of times. They are all so talented and it such a good laugh !!!

A few people came up on Friday night and we stayed at mine and got a chinese and had a few drinks and everyone else arrived on the Saturday. Some people went to the pleasure beach and then alot went to Walkabout to watch the Rugby.

At DOND time we all pilled into my hotel to watch Ruths game ( which I thought she did great ) then people went and got ready for the evening. Everyone met back at mine for 7:30 pm and I had made a buffet so we had somthing to eat and a few drinks before we headed out.

We went to a night club in Blackpool called Club Sanuk where Kenny is the manager. It is a beautiful nightclub and Kenny ( who is a star !!!) Had opened the V.I.P section up early expecialy for us. We had a champagne reception and then partyd all night !!!!!

Havnt got loads of gossip because everyone behaved them selfs but ...

George did sing 200 miles over the P.A system and had a few dirty dances with me, Caron and Rachel

Chris was dancing like a nutter and pole dancing, puts us all to shame with his staminer (he doesnt drink !!!)

Matty got the drunkest and was so funny raving in the top dance room !!!

All the oldies boogied away and some of them had never been in a night club but said they were going to make clubibng a regular thing, so watch out !!!

The biggest celeb of the night was Mark. He has quite a female following in Blackpool.

In the morning, well afternoon. I made everyone a big fry up and then everyone left and I went back to bed !!!

Brilliant pics Sarah, I've always wanted to see some pics from a contestant reunion, and these are super. I must admit, some of the contestants do look like they've had a few (Matty in particular), it looks like a great night. Thanks for posting these pics Sarah.

Ive ran a small B&B for two years but hopefully not for long as its going up for sale. I ready for a new challenge now !!!

Matt was really ill and had to cancel at the last minute. Katherine had to work and Kate couldnt make it either so my three drinking partners were missing !!! Everyone had a good drink and I think for a change I had the least to drink as I was busy making sure everyone was ok xxx
