I will be setting a series of threads up over the next few weeks for each year. Sometimes it's quite hard to separate a contestant from the game.

Contestants:
Duchess Helen - Her mega-slow box openings were great!
Len - "I may be a coward but we've got the banker on the run" His game wasn't brilliant, but he was very funny...
Rita She didn't seem very popular but I thought she was good...
Lyndsey - Along with Elaine B, she had so many reds! Both would definitely be labelled as Black widows if they were on the show now...


Games:
Natalie. Her game was all over the place, and the reaction's of Elaine B and Trevor were just hilarious...
Jennifer. Her game sounds fantastic from what I heard. I never saw this one on the More 4 repeats.
Audrey. 1. For having one of the worst opening rounds to date and 2. Getting an OPW for selling her 1p box for £8,500 which was fantastic considering that start...
Sara - Had the perfect game... except she'd already gone.

Madie ( he no-dealt an offer even basicasic would have dealt, but I thought he was funny and the getting details cancelled thing was pure gold)

Len (hilarious, - I beat him! I beat him!)

Trevor (1) - the first stats legend

Andy K - we could do with someone like him on now, even if he did rub some people up the wrong way!

Audrey (her game was brilliant too)

Top 5 games:

Jennifer (obviously)
Mally (though the 54k offer was WAY too high)
Sara (another classic, but I'm glad she didn't play now - but her reaction compared to the likes of Donna and kelsie was brilliant!)
Audrey (first all-red opener but a great sale of the 1p on an admittedly very generous last offer)
Rob (what a GREAT recovery)

Favourite players:

33-show Karen. I thought she was great. Her game was nothing spectacular though

47k Trevor. First real advice-giver on the show, and a great sum of money.

Audrey. Loved her.

Aside from that, the only other game that I saw that stood out was that of Boxing Day's Angela. She was very gutsy. I remember her brave no-deal was only slightly rewarded with a few extra thousand. She got around 21k I think.

Single best moment of 2005? In retrospect, it was Noel trying to bully Trevor on at five-box (or at least consider turning down a no-brainer offer) and Trevor utterly stopping him by mentioning what he planned to do with the money!! We really do need more players like him!!
