That second graffiti picture is really really awesome! I wish I could come up with something like that!

he wasnt rude while the camera's where running but with them off he was a right.......

Just calling the contestants fat, and another one ugly and said "the endemol team really need to stop picking contestants on how stupid they look". Still tho, was pretty funny.

Interesting pictures. I suspect Noel's "rudeness" may just be his rather blunt sense of humour.

Cool pics. Makes me want to go even more now, hopefully next year i'll be able too.

Hopefully Noel was just joking as it would seem a bit silly to be rude in front of the audience. Perhaps as H said it was his style of humour which some people might take the wrong way?

He is usually like that. He told my dad to shut up after commenting he was wearing a very nice shirt, although Noel previously claimed that he hated it.

How on earth did you get those pictures, me and my bag had to be searched just in case I was hiding any cameras!

Noel's hilarious at the tapings, he cracked a brilliant joke about Iran last time I was there!

Is it possible a camera on a phone was used? Or do they not allow mobile phones in either?! :?

Nice pictures. Are they future contestants in the waiting room? I think I see a deal or no deal game in that photo too.

I find that hard to believe because when everyone has gone to congratulate whoever is in the chair Noel sais just a few words into the camera about the show and leaves the studio within seconds, he doesnt speak to anyone he just gives a wave as he leaves.

I've read in the past that Noel isn't the nicest person in real life. But that's just rumour though.

In what way does the original poster mean Noel was rude to everyone?

How on earth did you get photos?

edit: yes i know with a camera, but as has been mentioned, aren't they quite strict about the use of cameras? :?

Cameras will be taken off you, but mobile phones won't be. However, you're told quite firmly that all phones must be switched off while you're in the actual studio.

You can take as many pictures of the audience holding area as you like though...

Noel is often quite rude at recordings, but it's playfully rude if anything, and feeding off of the warm-up man's acts, which sets about character-assassinating a few members of the audience as well as some contestants. I think it's quite refreshing that Noel is comfortable enough in the environment to just be Noel Edmonds - and that often involves a bit of rudeness, but it's more like banter and gives a more humourous (if shocking) edge to the recordings that makes the whole experience altogether more entertaining, in my opinion.

Anyway, I think the teatime show sails near to the knuckle sometimes, and the fact you have to be 18 to see the live show should suggest that the contestant is much more risque, really.

^ that's interesting actually. I imagine there's quite a lot of swearing that gets edited out, but it'll be really surprising to hear it

And the warm-up guy takes the mick out of audience members? Oh dear...I'm going dressed for the summer...just wait for it

Yes, you could tell from my updated sig what happened on the recording Thursday afternoon. Also somebody elderly said bollo*ks when we did the fake £250,000 reveal during the warm up, it was picked up on the microphone.

Yes but Mark Olver is a brilliant warm up man and that is his technique to have fun interacting with the audience. He also does this when he performs his stand up act in the comedy clubs, like how Al Murray does it. He was really ribbing into one person on Thursday (and I don't blame him) as she actually thought the recording (which is set to air on 18th July) was airing on the same day. she even VCR it before turning up at the stuido.
