If you have to lose £250,000 before dealing or opening your box at the end if you go all the way, is it better for it to happen early or late. Does it affect the banker's tactics and the psychology of the gameplay more if it is lost at a certain time in the game?

I always say at the beginning or never. So I went for the first round.

I think it's better to lose it at the start. At least then your hopes are dashed straight away, rather than having them dashed mid-game.

Also, if you lose the £250k at a critical stage later on in the game, the banker could claim your game is falling apart, and just make joke offers...

I'd say the first or the second round would be best. If it's in play in the later stages, the offers are obviously higher and the crash is bigger when it goes.

Hopefully in the proveout... :P

Although failing that, I'd quite like to remove it in the first box. I probably would anyway...

1st Round, If im not destined to win it i'd like that to be shown right off so I can get my focus off it and readjust expectations and enjoy the game.

I guess i'd rather it went in the first round than the last (unless of course I had already dealt :)). But i'd be pretty pissed either way.

I suppose if it goes in the first round then at least I know there's no chance. But if I got 5-box with it still in play i'd be thinking that perhaps it's in my box and then be more disapointed when I find it in the last round.

Definitely the fifth round so you can deal at a decent amount before it goes out :-D
