What would you say have been some of the most boring shows? That's of course if you can remember the boring shows. There's been a few IMO, but I can't actually remember who they were now.

I will say though that I found Colleen's game really dull and I know I wasn't the only one, but who else has made for a boring game?

Colleen's game was at least exciting, in monetary terms.

Kelly's game from April was dire. Boring (but nice) contestant, boring stories, boring players on the wing, boring game, boring win, just the epitome of dull.

Terry, empty box Kirsty and Jean's all stick out in my mind as being particularly dreary.

Recently, Colleen's game. There's probably loads more, they were just too dull for me to remember them.

I suppose there's a difference between ones which I found boring whilst watching them and those which were just simply forgettable. Obviously I can't remember the ones which were just average and I've forgotten about them.

However ones which I really thought "God, this is so dull" whilst watching them are probably Colleen, Poet Ian, Triple Swap Craig, Jannelle, Rich (May 2006), Nigel (March 2007), John (April 2007), Peter (May 2007), Steve (April 2006) and Serious Simon (May 2006).

Admittedly I did have a look at the today's show archive thread for this, and those ones were the shows that stood out to me as being boring. There are loads where I think "who?" when looking at the list, but I actually remember feeling bored through the shows listed above. I suppose to have been really bored through only 10 shows out of 797 is pretty good going!!!

Lance's show recently could also be added to the list I suppose but his show was more disappointing than boring as I thought he'd be more of a character than he actually was.

Ones that come to mind are Kerry from last Christmas and Glen from New Years Day. Both were no fault of the players, but by that time I'd reached such a low with DOND that these seriously felt like torture to watch; both extremely slow collapses with tears at the start and tears at the end. It was after Glen's I realised I couldn't continue watching a show I was seriously hating by that time.

I think the seven month break from it has been useful, it's just a shame that the show seems to be in exactly the same state it was when I stopped watching...

To be fair, you did choose Karl's game to watch, whereas had you chosen Jess', you might have felt differently. Although after Louise's, Lance's and Carol's games, I was pretty much punching the wall myself...

The one that immediately sprung to mind for me when I saw the thread was Joanne (the one who won 3k on a 3k/5k finish). The only thing I remember about the game was the last pair, I can't remember how she reached it at all, and all I can remember about her was she had the £50,000 a lot on the wings.....sorry Joanne.

In general it tends to be slow uneventful trainwrecks (not complsive ones like Derek Brown or big gambles gone wrong like 1p Adam)., or 4-figure deals/box wins or low 5-figure deals at 8-box or 5-box (not 11-box as they're rather rare!) :)

Another one I've just thought of was Danny from January who won 12k was it?

It was the first OPW from dealing for about 6 weeks and after the game someone had said that and I thought "Was that really an OPW?" :)

I'd hardly say it was boring judging by what happened during the proveout!

Richard's game wasn't boring - it was just painful.

Oh, I've just thought of another one - Hilary (2). That was torture, and a really awful deal for the board! I know everyone says Terry the day after but Hilary was worse if anything (in terms of the deal in relation to the board)!
