Hi

Some time ago I recall someone on the boards saying they had been to the dream factory and witnessed a 'Great - not to be missed' show being recorded. They didnt want to say anymore as they didnt want to spoil it for us but said it would be aired on 20th Sept.

As that was a Saturday when DOND is not now on I assumed they meant the Sunday show and sat down to watch, all excited of a really great win or a spectacularly car crash show.

But there was nothing unusual about that show or todays.

I cant remember when I read this but it was on these boards. It was some time ago but I put the date on my calendar (yes I know I am a saddo) but now am doubting myself - did I dream it? Or is someone elses perception of a 'not to be missed' show different to mine?

Does anyone else remember reading it?

I think it was just that because it was a strong board at 8-box with a significant amount of money rejected, it was very exciting to watch in the studio.

Hi KP

I can imagine it must be much more exciting in the studio then the way they cut it for TV.

Was it you who wrote the post I am remembering?

No that was collydolly, a good friend of mine.

Read the end of today's show thread, especially mine and Statsman's comments, and you'll see what me and KP are on about.

You're right about the TV editing, but if I'm honest you can't fit a game of Deal or No Deal with ALL the tension included, into just 45 minutes. Too bad really :|
