In today's show a cash offer at the 2 box situation of £75,000 and £5 might have
enticed Julie out of the chair. What is the minimum you would you deal at?

I think I'd want around the £12k - £15k mark in order to deal. Anything of £11k or under would be a definite no deal though, so I've voted for the £11k - £15k category.

£15-20k for me. Probably low end of that, £20k is a cast-iron Deal, but I definitely wouldn't want to take under £15k on that final two. It comes down to what sum of money is half as useful as £75k, which I think is around £17k at a guess...

£15,000 - £20,000 I think but serious serious thought for £10,000 - £15,000... I'd be pushing the £20k mark if the £5 was a much higher blue though.

£30,000 to £35,000 might work for me, although if I were the Banker, I'd most likely offer between £35,000 and £37,500, bearing in mind that £37,500 is exactly half of £75,000.

The main aim of the banker is to buy the box for the least amount possible... as you can see most of us would deal around the £15k mark so offering £35k is basically throwing £20k down the drain...

Personally, I think £15,000 - £25,000 is not enough. On the US version, the Banker sometimes makes an offer that's roughly half of the larger amount when the final 2 consist of large amount + crap.

£15,000 would be the very least I'd consider. But it'd have to be in excess of £20,000 to have me in a bit more than a quandry.

I asked my Dad this question out of interest... and he started by saying £20k - £25k... then he thought about it and said £15k... then he said about £12k... then he said he'd deal £8k. Then he said he thought I'd said the final 2 were £5k and £75k, not £5 and £75k.

Thankfully he's not planning to appear on the show.

It would have to be £30,000 - £35,000 for me but that's from here, if I was sat in the chair and it was a real offer, I honestly don't know. I would have had to have a really strong belief like Julie did I think...

I said between £15,000 and £20,000. If I had an offer in between those amounts, I don't know what I'd do. Any less than £15,000 then I'd go on, any more than £20,000 I'd deal.

Anything lower than £15,000 I'd probably ND.

Seems like something in the mid-teens is what we generally look for, with most of the deviations being higher. I think that makes sense.

I think i'd look for £20,000 minimum. It's just a nice round figure.

15k - 20k I put, but it would be by "unsure" interval - I'd deal 20k for sure, and I'm pretty sure I'd no-deal 15k. In between I'm not sure!
