This 'random selection' of boxes, if I was a contestant, I have a very lucky number, and if chosen to play, I would want to choose this number box, would this be possible?? I knoiw the 'random selection' is by picking out balls with numbers on them, which isn't really random for me, so I wonder if they had a contestant who REALLY wanted a special number if they could have the first choice of boxes??

I have worked out a way round this, to keep the number I want to the very last box, play to the end then swap the box, BUT the banker dunt always give a swap does he???

All this is hyperthetical, of course, since I haven't had any response to my contestant application (I might send another one with a pic of someone else   ) but I'd be gutted if I couldn't have my fave numbered box and it had megabucks in it. I always pick this number in the online game too, and it is VERY lucky.

I think he does offer the swap most of the time - they sometimes edit it out, but as far as I know he only doesn't if it's gone horribly wrong and they're left with £1 and £10 or something like that, as offering the swap would just be dragging it out for no reason. So as long as you were prepared to go all the way to the end, you'd get your special number!

You maybe lucky to have a special number with you for your game to begin with (Brenda had 11, John had 19, both of which were special for them). If not, leave it until the end and swap it.

here's a question; if you swapped and won the lower amount, do you reckon the production team might edit it out, so that you had apparently won the higher amount, for example 50p when really you won 10p??

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Why would they want to?

That would just ruin the game completely! Wed know if the box on the table had changed!

Maybe you'd just be 'lucky' enough to randomly pick your favoured number :D

And Morris had 16.

I hope I get 19 when my non-existent application gets me on the show :-D
