He doesn't, no.

I think Noel said years ago that he doesn't like going to awards ceremonies and doesn't like giving interviews (and talking about his personal life in particular), which was backed up by the banker stating in a tweet that Twitter isn't "Noel's kind of thing". So I think it's unlikely that we'll be seeing any selfies from him any time soon.
