A £250k win would happen! They might set the confetti cannons off earlier, but I can't imagine the end being much different to the other jackpot wins.
The 1000th show in 2009 featured 2 £250k boxes, and one was known as the 'gold' box. I suppose the banker may have chucked in some sort of bonus prize if the 'gold' £250k had been in the box, but I doubt anything too elaborate was planned, given the odds of it actually happening are quite low anyway.
The US version had 13 jackpots on the board once (or something like that) and I think the player in question (wasn't she called 'Tomorrow' or something unusual like that?) had only jackpot cases left in her last 4 boxes or there abouts. I assume they were all opened in the end?
