Joan asks for some advice from the audience, and talks to two blokes who Noel says are like Waldorf and Statler! The banker rings and says Joan's husband is useless with giving advice, and he says he has a lawyer with him who specialises in divorce! Joan takes a close look at the board and sums up what's going on with it. She thinks about going on for one more, but her husband says it's a huge gamble. Wade asks what Joan would advise others to do, and she says it's a good board but it'd be a gamble, and she has things she wants to do with the money.
