Ruthie's game today.

Noel refers back to yesterday, where Paula had a huge belief in a lucky gemstone, which didn't appear to be working. He says the only stone you can use for luck in DOND is a brick, as you need to hit yourself on the head to get some sense!

Ruthie has Box 16 today.

Ruthie leaves her box behind, and has to go back to fetch it! She has a photo of her family, some of whom are in the audience. There is also a good luck card with signitures from her familt on the back. Ruthie then tells about how she lost her husband after 52 years. Ruthie needs a tissue; Noel produces a giant pair of pants instead!

Noel asks Ruthie if she chose her box at random, as usual; Ruthie says she chose a ball at random, not a box!

Here we go...

We're back...

We learn that Ruthie is from Kiddeminster, and is a retired solicitor. We are also reintroduced to Ruthie's family in the audience; apparantly, her daughter remembers Noel from Swap Shop, and remembers the number for it!

Round 2

Box 18 with Karl - £15,000

Ruthie says, 'bones, bones, give me a blue!'

Box 21 with Kirsty - £5,000

Box 2 with Tony - £100

Banker time...
