Iris' game today.

Noel says Ryan's game was most unusual, in that Ryan didn't leave with the peak of the game, but he did get a huge compliment from the Banker.

Iris has Box 20.

Iris takes the Walk of Wealth with a crutch; Noel carries the box.

Iris Herod, from Leicester, a retired care worker. Her son and granddaughter are in the audience. She has a photo of her husband with their latest great-grandchild. Noel tells the story of Iris mistaking the safe in her hotel room for a microwave! :ponder:

Here we go...

Box 16 with John - 1p :D

Iris lifts her bad leg up around John during the kiss! :eyes:  Noel says Iris is like a benefit fraud!

A slight fumble from Wayne there! Antonette suddenly gets a coughing fit!

Box 3 with Dilip - £750

Banker time...

The Banker says Iris' perfect walking without the crutch during the 1p kiss was shocking!

Banker's offer:

£10,000 + ACTING LESSONS!

Iris thinks there's another round in it. She'll have the acting lessons, but not the money! The Banker gets annoyed, and says she must either take both or neither!

Iris says:

NO DEAL

Noel calls a break...

Could she just not say No Deal instead of making Noel go through that nonsense?!

Stop interrupting the game at 16-box!

Board is looking very strong at this point, hopefully she can keep it as strong as Ryan's or even stronger!

We get a story about Brian getting struck by lightning when he was a signalman!

Noel tells of how, when Iris was a care worker, she muddled up three sets of false teeth! :eyes:  We then go to Jill, and talk about her obsession with Bon Jovi!

Box 4 with Alex - £3,000

Box 1 with Antonette - £50,000

Banker time...

You've lost the persuasive power of the block, says Noel. The Banker says a friend of his was struck by lightning on a bus; he was a conductor! ;) Some banter about how Iris could care for the Banker!

Banker's offer:

£11,500

Iris asks if she can take the money; Noel says the only second offer deal we've had thus far didn't work out at all. The Banker calls, and says he's realised he can get the box a lot cheaper now, and he's changed the offer.

Banker's offer:

£4,000

A third round deal here is actually about as predictable as Josh's second round deal...

We're back...

Round 3

Noel says Iris wants to get a cruise with her winnings. The Banker calls, and says he's confident now that he'll win the game, as he knows he just has to offer Iris £11,500, and she'll be gone!

Box 9 with Nick - £5,000

Box 12 with Emma - 10p :D

The Banker calls, and tells Sara off for laughing too much at Iris' remarks to Emma!

Box 5 with Beverley - £1,000

Banker time...
