April Show of the Month - Heat 2

Ex-DoND contestant (show #992, 23 March 2009)

Ronnie starts this heat with a third offer deal for £18,000 - which turned out not to be a wise move as he could've won £70,000, Gary sold a £1 box for £11,000 and Michelle won £15,500 but turned down an undeal offer but had £35k in her box. Then Troy cautiously dealt at £15,000 but had £75k in his box, Kay won a tenner but took it in her stride so the banker gave her a new TV, and then "Bionic" Peter played to the end after a rocky game and won £5,000. To finish this heat, Angela started off well but fell to a £100 win, and Mikey cautiously dealt at £29,000 but could've only had a little more from the game...

Who wins this heat? Three days to decide.

I went for Peter because the £5,000 felt like £50k at the end and he just had a great game!

Troy's show for me here, as it contained some funny moments, shame the deal wasn't a bit more braver though. Peter's and Kay's shows were also good. Angela's was spoilt by her bad reaction at the end.

I voted for Kay. Despite the bad game, Kay remained happy and positive and the gesture at the end from the Banker of giving Kay a new TV made for a nice end.

Four to choose from for me; Angela, Kay, Peter or Mikey.

Angela coz of one of the most direc trainwrecks we've had for a while.

Kay because her game was just so easy to get into!

Peter because of THA Walk of Wealth!

Mikey because he had a cracker of a game himself!

2 shows here stand out for me. Kay who had a go and kept her dignity and showed fortitude in the face of misfortune and Peter who gambled to the end and won a nerve jangling deserved £5k .

Peter's game was definitely the highlight for me, that walk of wealth was very emotional, and I was so glad £5,000 was in the box at the end.

Toss up between Kay and Peter, I voted for Kay.

Ronnie, Michelle or Kay?

I think loads of people have gone Kay, so I'll go for Ronnie!

Peter for me here, with Kay and Angela not far behind.
