Show of the Month - October - Heat 1

Well it's been a memorable month as DOND completed its first year, with plenty of great games and classic characters.

The start of October saw the Banker on top with a number of players dealing too soon. Barbara went all the way with one of the big amounts in front of her, but swapping her box cost her a massive £99,000. John lost his tingle and went away with just £1 and Rosy brought the kind of madness to her game that is typical of that position second from the end of the East Wing!

Tie between Rhona and Barbara, Rhona for having the legendary box 4, and I just love it how Barbara played the game. Voted for Barbara.

Ooh, difficult.....Rhona's was probably the one I enjoyed the most, but Barbara's left me thinking "What the *beep*?" for ages afterwards. I voted for Barbara, because after losing £99k she deserves to win something...

Had to be John. Never have I found someone having a disastrous game so funny (he didn't seem to need the money too much anyway!). Plus £1 is my favourite blue!

David W for me - he won a good amount in a run of average games, making his stand out as the winner. Barbara's was too painful... she should NOT have swapped.
