Show of the Month - September (featuring August) - The Final

Best DOND month (well, month and a bit) in ages, and a great line-up of finalists! Some memorable shows that didn't even qualify, and some that got through with only one vote, but then again they were up against Lance... Can anyone stop him in the final?

5 days to vote!

It was difficult decision, I've decided Hannah. Her show was great.

Still a few hours left to vote. The winner looks clear cut but second place is still up for grabs!

Had to be Lance really, though I nearly did a tactical vote for Hannah or Nick D. Quite simply, one of the great characters ending up as one of the biggest winners is just too good to ignore.

Why the need for tactical voting?

Considering everyone is going to vote for Lance, he's gonna make it through whatever. If you vote for your second favorite (i.e Hannah or Khanny) then they MIGHT make it through in second place, behind Lance in 1st place! If everyone votes for Lance and no one else, there is little chance your second favorite is going to make it through as well.

Well this is the final actually - but as first place is just about certain then people might want to help their favourites finish 2nd or 3rd overall.

And the result is...

Winner - Lance (48%)
Equal second - Khanny and Hannah (13%).

Lance predictably joins the dond.co.uk Show of the Month Hall of Fame:

April - Kirsty
May - Gaz
June - Shirley
July - Paul
Aug/Sep - Lance
