Show of the Month - March 2007 - Heat 2

Here's heat 2, with another eight shows.

Patrick won £50,000, although he actually had £250,000 in his box all along! Then came FABLUS Debbie. She dealt for £9,900, but her box contained £100,000. Doug won a massive £75,000 by dealing on a £50k/£100k finish, but the banker wins continued as £100,000 was on the table again.

Sheran sold a 1p box for £20,000, she had one of the strongest boards ever, with nine reds in the final ten boxes. On Mother's Day, Betty also won £20,000, although she could have had £50,000.

Another very strong heat. You decide who wins!

And this is where it started to go a bit wrong...great players, but every single one either dealt too early, too late, or opened their box to reveal a blue!

Sheran's game was amazing, and Doug's was even more, although the whole benefits thing has dampened it a bit. I'm going to go for...

...Nan! Oh, I can't?

In that case, my vote's for Doug!

My top three in this heat are Doug, Sheran and Betty.

Betty - lovely lady who had a good game and it was a nice game with all the Mother's Day stuff.

Sheran - amazing board and a good character.

Doug - absolute legend on teh wings and in his show - plus an entertaining game and a huge result.

My vote for this heat goes to... Doug!

Blimey, that's tough...

I'll probably go for Patrick. Following on from Sarah M's game, this was another old-fashioned player v Banker battle that wouldn't have looked out of place in March 2006.

I knew Doug was going to be the deafult choice, and was trying to think of reasons to pick any of the others, but just couldn't, so Doug it is!

Gutted about whats happened to him since though.
